Distilled from a single-origin grain harvest, Vesper No. 7 carries the faint warmth of oak and toasted vanilla across a long, unhurried finish. Each batch is hand-numbered and rested for a minimum of seven years in charred American barrels sourced from a family cooperage in Kentucky.
