Small Batch Distillery
Every bottle that leaves our distillery has been given years, not months. We work in small batches — numbered, traceable, and never rushed.
A single-origin spirit with seven years of barrel aging — oak, toasted vanilla, and an unhurried finish.
A sherry-cask expression of dark fruit, chocolate, and dried fig — released in lots of 600 or fewer.
Twelve botanicals, cold-distilled in copper. A juniper-forward gin that needs nothing to be complete.
Distillery
Vesper Spirits was founded in 2011 in a converted tobacco warehouse outside Bardstown, Kentucky. We use a single copper pot still, local grain, and water drawn from a limestone aquifer that has run under this land for centuries.
We do not produce more than 3,200 cases per year. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Every bottle is hand-numbered, wax-sealed, and released only when we are satisfied.

Trade accounts, private allocations, and distillery visits are handled directly by our small team in Bardstown.
